Aspects to take into account in the meeting rooms
What are we doing?
- All surfaces are cleaned daily (tables, chairs, toilets) .
- There is continuous ventilation in the meeting rooms with air renewal and filtering systems.
- The tables are placed apart maintaining a distance of 1.5-2 metres.
- The meeting rooms have a limited capacity to comply with the safety distance recommended by authorities. Respect the signs and do not exceed the capacity.
What can you do?
- Enter the meeting room in an orderly manner and always respect the 2 metre safety distance. We recommend that you arrive in stages. Wait your turn maintaining social distancing.
- Keep meeting room doors open, wide. Do not close them in a way that other people have to turn the knob or touch the surface touched by everyone..
- Open the toilet doors carefully with your back (into the toilet) or with disposable tissue (out of the toilet). If someone is inside, wait for them to come out.
- If possible, try not to turn on the heating or air conditioning.
- Forming large crowds in common areas should be avoided, continue to maintain a social distance in common areas and toilets..
- Avoid greeting with physical contact, including shaking hands.
- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, and then dispose of it in a bin with a closable lid. If you do not have a tissue, use the inside of your elbow to avoid contaminating your hands.
- Wash your hands frequently with water and soap, or with a hydroalcoholic solution if you have it, especially after coughing or sneezing or after touching other people’s surfaces. Aim to wash for at least 40 seconds.
- Avoid using equipment and devices from colleagues, however, if it is necessary, increase precautionary measures and, if you can, disinfect them.
- Throw away any personal hygiene waste (especially disposable tissues) immediately into bins or designated containers.
- At the end of the day, try to leave the tables completely clean and clear of papers so that they are easier to clean.
